Instructions on label state:
- Gently press dabber against face of rubber stamp to release liquid.
- Allow liquid to sit on rubber for up to 1 minute.
- Rub off cleaner & ink with a paper towel.
- Remove ink from applicator top by rubbing across a clean paper towel.
