We at Cornish Heritage Farms take pride in our packing and shipping policy. We do everything we can to make sure that your items arrive in good condition. This includes thorough packing and, in most cases, Priority shipping (Global Priority or Airmail for international orders). Free Shipping Information All purchases over $45 sent to a USA address will be shipped free of charge using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit - Insurance is optional and extra.) The purchase price relates to goods only. For example, if you purchase $41.00 of items you will be charged our flat rate Priority shipping fee of $5.95 (for USA addresses) even though your final total exceeds $45. Free shipping is not available for Canadian and International orders. Please see below for our International shipping policy. Why Priority Shipping? Because we believe that the less time your order takes to ship, the less chance there is for it to be damaged! We also like to get your items to you as fast as possible. USA Priority Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the mail carrier. Shipping Time We normally ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and payment, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). There may be times when there is a delay due to unforseen circumstances and in this case we will contact you with the estimated shipping date. Any further delays will entitle you to a full refund if you wish (automatic if we can't get hold of you). Shipping Insurance Although the vast majority of the items we send reach their destination intact, we obviously cannot guarantee that the shipping agent will not damage your order. We therefore offer shipping insurance at cost. If any part of your order is damaged the shippers standard policy for insurance claims will be followed. Usually you are required to present the damaged goods to the shippers agent and sign a declaration of damage. We will not to be held responsible for damage to the goods when they are out of our hands. Insurance is available at checkout. Shipping Costs For U.S.A. Customers where U.S.P.S. will ship Priority Mail there is a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders less than $45.00. International Shipping Cornish Heritage Farms takes great pleasure in being an international retailer. Thank you to all our international customers! All Custom Forms will be filled out legally with the cost of the goods (excluding S&H). We will not mark it as a gift or commercial sample. If your country requires you to pay taxes for the goods upon receipt please take this into consideration before you buy! We are not responsible for delays caused by customs officials. GLOBAL PRIORITY is normally the cheapest and quickest way to send orders. However on large orders we sometimes ship Airmail Parcel Post. Either way your shipping charge will be quoted at checkout. Global Priority is not available to all destinations and the standard checkout procedure will not allow you to continue if you try to ship to a country that does not have Global Priority. Please contact us if you are in a country that does not support USPS Global Priority and we will try to help. Returns and Problems Cornish Heritage Farms is a full service online store. We find that the majority of our transactions result in happy customers, but if we make a mistake you can be assured of a no cost resolution and refund. When the fault is not ours then we will work with you to come to the most amicable arrangement possible. If you wish to return any item then please contact us first. Do not just return the item!. If the item is faulty we will replace or refund your money. If you are returning an unwanted item, it must be in a resalable condition when we receive it and sent at your expense. Upon receipt we will refund the cost of the item, less shipping and handling. For unwanted items we do charge a 15% restocking fee, to cover processing overheads. We recommend using a tracking number for items returned to us, just in case they get lost enroute. Clearance Items are never returnable!
